I had an very nice Watsu treatment at the Sanctuary Spa. Liran was fantastic and made the experience worth the long wait! The staff was attentive, and I felt rejuvenated after my massage and facial. The spa facilities were well maintained, and the quiet room was a lovely touch.

Perfect Casita Retreat

I booked a Terrace Casita and it was stunning! The outdoor seating area with a fire pit offered amazing views of Camelback Mountain. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the spacious layout, which made for a perfect relaxing getaway.

I had an amazing stay at this resort, where I felt completely taken care of. The service was exceptional, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like cookies on my pillow. However, I did find that the overall cleanliness of the resort could be improved. For the price, I was expecting a bit more, especially in common areas and the spa rooms.

My stay at the resort was simply fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered. The view of Camelback Mountain from my room was breathtaking, and the amenities made my relaxation time perfect. Although I didn't request housekeeping daily, the staff were quick to respond to any needs I had. The only downside was figuring out the tub drain, which took a bit of time. Overall, I can't wait to go back.
