I had an amazing stay at this resort, where I felt completely taken care of. The service was exceptional, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like cookies on my pillow. However, I did find that the overall cleanliness of the resort could be improved. For the price, I was expecting a bit more, especially in common areas and the spa rooms.

The Sanctuary Resort is an absolute gem! Nestled in the mountains, it offers breathtaking views and an enchanting escape. My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, and the service was truly exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at Elements, though I wished there were more meal options. Overall, it's a splendid place for relaxation, but the meal variety could still be improved.

However, the dining quality by the pool leaves much to be desired, and my departure experience was frustrating due to billing issues.
